Soft Computing Approach to Design a Triple-Band Slotted Microstrip Patch Antenna

The design process of antenna structures that meet up-to-date requirements takes a long time and brings high computational load. In this paper, an approach based on Soft Computing (SC) techniques was used to shorten the achieve structure yields performance characteristics as close possible desired values. order obtain microstrip patch with targeted best accuracy in faster way, Support Vector Machine (SVM)-based regression model employed. A triple-band resonance frequencies gain values designed by using Regression (SVR) introducing multiple slots arc-truncation antenna. Simulation results High-Frequency Structural Simulator (HFSS) measurements implementation are given. Performance obtained also compared those given literature, which have properties. addition, redesigned optimization tool HFSS for comparison. required were both SVR tool.
